COVID-19 Update

Hello friends,

After prayerful consideration, the leadership of Bethel Church has decided to CANCEL our next two Sunday gatherings. This not a decision made out of fear, but out of LOVE. We love you all and are deeply concerned for your health and safety, as well as the health and safety of our community.

This does not mean that CHURCH is cancelled! The church is so much more than a building! It is paramount that the church looks for ways to bless and support our community during this time. This just means that we have to get more creative about HOW we gather. Until the public health and safety risk lessens, we will meet ONLINE Sunday mornings. 

I am reminded of Pastor Mark's encouragement this past Sunday from the book of Habakkuk "I have heard all about you, Lord. I am filled with awe by your amazing works. In this time of our deep need, help us again as you did in years gone by." God is with YOU and with US. Be encouraged. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep the faith.

Stay connected to our website, social media, and emails to get the latest updates about how to stay connected to our church community as we get a little creative about how to keep our church community thriving. One of these creative ways to keep community going is Facebook Live devotions and prayers. I invite you to join me on Bethel's Facebook page tomorrow at 10:00am for a "Cup of Joe". I'll be there with my cup of coffee sharing a short devotional and prayers.
